I sold most of my fiber at the Farmers Market this past Saturday. It was a terrific day. Thank you to all that purchased fiber or stopped by to say hello and show me the beautiful Finn yarn you created . I appreciate seeing what you made. If you email a photograph of your Finn fiber creations I will display your photo on my website
I still have a large quantity of natural fiber available online for $2.25/oz. Please contact me if you're interested.
Finnegan's Flock purchased a new ram for the upcoming 2011 breeding season. His name is Chester. His fleece is gorgeous and he will add size to my flock as well as the possibility of introducing brown.
Please contact me if you're interested in reserving lambs for 2012 lambing season.
Welcome to Finnegan's Flock

2011 Lambing
The 2011 Lambing season was very good to us. We have 10 lambs for sale.
Saturday, May 7th, we will be at the Maryland Sheep and Wool Show for the day. My daughter has graciously agreed to watch our two young sons and our sheep for the day. Please make sure to stop by the breed display barn. Phil and Judy Osborn will be their with their Finnsheep.

Bridget and her lambs
Thursday afternoon some time one of my ewe lambs, Bridget (silver badgerface) lambed. She gave us four beautiful lambs, two ram lambs and two ewe lambs. The little one pictured is spectacular!
Six lambs here and three more ewes to lamb.

Aimee's Lambs
On Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at around 5PM Aimee (my favorite black ewe) lambed. I thought she was going to have three or four lambs. But she surprised me. She only had two lambs but they were large lambs. One black ram lamb and one white ewe lamb. They were born within 30 minutes of each other and were up walking around within 20 minutes.
I hope to post pictures later today.
By the way, these lambs are for sale.
